Effective as of: 18 May 2024

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to govern all the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of any transactions concluded on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk.

The website https://www.onchop.co.uk is the exclusive property of Alexandre OSSOGO NZE (SIRET number: 392 035 416 00057), whose registered office is located at 78 Avenue des Champs Elysées, 75008 Paris, France – 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG

By subscribing to any product and/or service offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk, clients declare that they fully and unreservedly adhere to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These general terms and conditions constitute the entirety of the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of their contractual relationship.

No specific condition, initiated by the client, may be added to and/or replace these general terms and conditions.

Failure by the website https://www.onchop.co.uk to invoke a breach by the client of any of the obligations contained herein shall not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.

ARTICLE 1. Purpose of the contract

The client acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to any use and/or subscription of any products and/or services on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk.

Consequently, any use and/or subscription of any products and/or services on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any special conditions applicable to each product offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk.

ARTICLE 2. General conditions of participation and/or subscription to services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk

The services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered as originating from a finance professional such as, for example, a chartered accountant, tax lawyer, or independent wealth management advisor.

The client is solely responsible for the use they make of the services provided by the website https://www.onchop.co.uk, and the liability of Alexandre OSSOGO NZE, his representatives and/or any other person involved in any of the services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk, cannot be sought for any consequences whatsoever resulting from malicious, inappropriate or unlawful use of these services by the client, in any manner whatsoever.

The services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk are aimed at a non-professional coaching audience.

It is therefore strictly forbidden for any professional in coaching, consulting, finance, investment or personal development in general, to register for any of the services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk with the aim of using, reproducing or disseminating, in any way and for any purpose, the information, techniques, know-how and methods used and transmitted during any of the services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk.

The client therefore declares that they are not a professional in coaching, consulting, finance, investment or personal development in general.

The client acknowledges being fully informed that, in the event of a false declaration of their status as a non-professional as defined above, and/or the use, reproduction or dissemination, in any way and for any purpose, of the information, techniques, know-how and methods used and transmitted during any of the services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk, they shall automatically owe compensation equal to 75% of the revenue generated from the use of such information, techniques, know-how and methods.

ARTICLE 3. Order process

Placing an order on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk is carried out via an online payment form on the site.

Payment for the order is made via PayPal, Stripe, or any other secure online payment platform offering equivalent guarantees, and therefore requires the client to have a valid e-mail address for sending and receiving messages. Otherwise, they will not be able to receive written confirmation of their order. The contractual information will be presented to them in French.

It is, however, possible to pay for the products or services offered by asprad.com via bank transfer, subject to agreement between the two parties.

The ordering process on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk involves the following steps:

  • The client selects the product they wish to order.

  • The client is then redirected to the secure payment platform Stripe or PayPal, where an order summary will be presented, including the chosen service, total price, personal details, delivery method, and payment method.

Under the provisions of Articles 1366 et seq. of the French Civil Code, any order form signed by the consumer via a “double click” constitutes an irrevocable acceptance, which can only be challenged in the cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The “double click”, together with the order process described above, constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same legal value between the parties as a handwritten signature, within the meaning of Articles 1366 and 1367 of the French Civil Code.

The order will be recorded once the client validates the information entered on the Stripe or PayPal payment page.

The contract will be definitively concluded once the payment has been accepted by the client’s bank.

Payments in instalments (payment facilities) are subject to a contractual agreement between the two parties, and the client must pay the full amount of the instalments announced at the time of purchase.

The contract shall take effect on the date and time of acceptance of payment by the client’s bank.

After the final validation of the order, a confirmation e-mail summarising all relevant details will be sent to the client.

ARTICLE 4. Prices of products and services

All prices of services and products offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk are indicated in euros.

ARTICLE 5. Terms of execution and delivery of the order

The services and products offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk are delivered exclusively by electronic means, to the e-mail address provided by the client at the time of ordering.

Accordingly, Alexandre OSSOGO NZE cannot be held responsible for any error in the entry of the client’s e-mail address at the time of order.

Likewise, Alexandre OSSOGO NZE or his representatives cannot be held responsible for content errors, viruses or any other element that may affect the integrity of the client’s electronic system, as well as for any technical failure of their secure online payment system, regardless of its nature.

The order will be delivered automatically via an autoresponder service (link to create a member account) no later than twenty-four (24) hours after the date and time the client placed the order, subject to payment being accepted by their bank.

If the client loses their login details, they may request a reset of their member access within 48 hours.

In such cases, the subsequent provision of login credentials to the member platform releases the website asprad.com from any liability towards the client.

For products or services consisting of a subscription, delivery shall mean the provision of the first module, session, or document of the subscription concerned.

For products or services consisting of training lasting more than two months (i.e. two or more training modules), modules will be provided at the rate of one module per month.

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the website asprad.com guarantees the client against any lack of conformity of the services and products delivered.

In the event of non-conformity or malfunction of any of these products or services, the client must submit a claim by e-mail to contact@onchop.co.uk no later than the second working day following the order.

Any claim submitted beyond this period and/or not made in accordance with the above procedure will be rejected without possibility of appeal, and shall release the website https://www.onchop.co.uk from any liability towards the client.

ARTICLE 6. Refund Policy

No refunds shall be issued once the product has been ordered.

No refunds shall be issued if there has been any login to the member platform.

No refunds shall be issued once the ordered product has been downloaded, in whole or in part.

Refund of the purchased service is only possible if such a facility is expressly mentioned on the sales page of the relevant service and under the conditions specified therein (e.g. “by applying the methods provided” …).

A refund applicant who claims to have applied the methods must provide proof of the following:

  • A screenshot of their Facebook campaigns with at least 10 products tested in accordance with the criteria set out in the training, over a period of 3 days.

  • Facebook tests with videos produced according to the training method.

  • A shop created on WooCommerce using the optimisation techniques provided in the training.

  • Implementation of the Retargeting strategy taught in the training.

  • Testing of at least 30 targeted audiences (refined with active buyers).

  • Testing of different offers.

  • Implementation of e-mail and SMS abandoned-cart campaigns.

  • Application of conversion strategies on the page or website.

  • Analysis and improvement of campaigns.

  • Creation of Facebook audiences.

  • Creation of an offer in line with the principles taught in the training.

A refund based on failed sales within the first 10 days shall only be valid if the client provides evidence that they strictly followed the methods taught during the training. (This condition must be met to qualify for a refund on the grounds of “no sales within the first 10 days”).

For reference, the regulations exclude from the statutory withdrawal period the “supply of audio or video recordings, or computer software once they have been unsealed by the consumer”. The statutory withdrawal period is therefore void as soon as the ordered product is accessed, or downloaded in part or in full (e.g. access to the training platform).

The date and time at which the guarantee takes effect correspond to the date and time of acceptance of payment by the client’s bank.

For groups: if the client purchases access to private groups, they may have to wait up to 30 days if updates are in progress.

Article 6.1. General Exclusions

The following are expressly excluded from any possibility of refund:

  • Any request from a client who refused to participate in all or part of the activities included in the programme prepared by the instructor.

  • Any request from a client who refused to apply one or more pieces of advice from the instructor.

  • Any request submitted after the deadline.

  • Requests made by companies or businesses.

  • Telephone advice, bookings for coaching sessions, conferences, seminars, as well as any event or product not explicitly described on this website as “satisfied or refunded”.

Subject to the client’s compliance with these requirements, a refund may be issued.

If the client initiates a dispute or contests an instalment payment to which they have committed, the seller (namely Alexandre OSSOGO NZE) reserves the right to terminate this payment facility and immediately debit the client for the full amount owed to the seller.

ARTICLE 7. Information on the Affiliate Programme

The Affiliate Programme is reserved for members of the training course and the “Drop’Machine” programme.

Please note:

  • Former clients purchasing via an affiliate link shall be deemed invalid.

  • Mass spamming is prohibited and will be severely sanctioned.

  • Affiliate commissions are not applicable during promotional periods.

Commission: 30% per sale.

Sales made in several instalments (3 or 6 monthly payments) shall be progressively commissioned.

You will have access to a full dashboard where you can view your referrals, your earnings, and your account balance. All funds marked as “pending” in your account balance shall be retained for 15 days to ensure that the referred client does not request a refund or dispute the transaction before your commission is paid. After 15 days, funds shall be released into your account balance and may be withdrawn.

ARTICLE 8. Client’s Personal Information

The various details requested from the client when placing an order are necessary for processing said order and may be communicated to the company’s contractual partners (accountants, legal advisers, etc.), as well as to any competent authority, in the event of a dispute arising during the contractual relationship between the parties.

Computerised records stored on the servers of the website https://www.onchop.co.uk, as well as on the servers of its banking institutions, are kept on reliable and secure servers.

ARTICLE 9. Intellectual Property

The products and services offered on the website https://www.onchop.co.uk, as well as, more generally, all content displayed on this site, are and shall remain the property of the company Opération Business, in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, transfer, or exploitation of any of these products and/or services, in any manner whatsoever, without the consent of their author, is strictly prohibited and will subject the offender to all judicial, criminal and/or civil proceedings provided by law.

ARTICLE 10. Governing Law

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms of use shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court at the registered office of the website owner.
